Aircrete (aerated concrete) has the potential to change the way that the people of the world insulate and build their homes. We have been using our Foam Mate tool since 2018 to build wall panels and create greater efficiency in high heat applications like rocket stoves.
Our current, most exciting project is our Light and Portable Aircrete Rocket Stove. We used this stove in our uninsulated off grid house this winter and this little stove kept us toasty without putting any smoke into the air around our house. It is so well insulated our dogs sleep touching the stove even though the batch box registers up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit when full of coals and wood.
This stove can be manufactured by anyone with a pop-rivet tool and a bag of refractory mix concrete. Go check out our plans! We are so excited to share the book with you. Hi, I would like to build walls like fences with CLC in Canada, and small tiny houses. Please let me know, what are the chances of them cracking up and freeze and thaw cycles for longevity.

That screw thread sticking up beside the arm needs a knob screwed to it to make it easier to pull. Once pulled you can then turn the yoke for rip cuts. I just picked up one myself for $30 bucks on fb marketplace. Mine's pretty dirty, but it's been cleaning up well so far. I did pick up 10' of SJOOW power cord as the original cord on mine has a lot of big cracks in the insulation, but it still starts and runs as smooth as ya please. Mine doesn't have its original stand but whoever bought it new also bought the optional DeWalt cabinet with drawer to go under it. :)

Honey do, why not try to frame the wall lying down, and then pour the aircrete in the wall, let it cure and stand the whole thing up? Seems like it would save some time and labor. Dan S from Michigan and Texas

Tremendous work Mr and Mrs! We are thinking of purchasing your plans however it is for a bus and hubby wonders if we could make it smaller by shortening the burn chamber? We noticed in some vids a lot of action near the back and some empty space at the front. Also would you be able to heat a bus without a mass bench? Thanks for your time 👍

First of all, thank you for sharing so much information. Here I am thinking about making these panels as follows: on one side I place a drywall sheet (internal side), on the other side (external side) I place a cement board. That way you would only have to treat the joints. What do you think of this solution?

  • @babumsouza

If this could be made where the roof could be made with the same air create and floor because you said it was very strong that would lower the cost perhaps of poring a concrete slab . then add holes and outlet sockets and even a panel box for say a 200 amp service and add plumbing outlet most homes are now plum with pex and pvc for sewer anyway so this should be easy .. And this could become the next generation home build where you have a website they design their own home layout and boom its ship to them the same way a log cabin kit is shipped .. The kit could be shipped with detailed instruction on how to assemble so people that want to diy of install could .. i see alot of potential here with many projects from dog house ,well house, home, farm use for storing hay for the animals , storage sheds ,shops the biggest factor can you do it cheap enough to be compared to stick built ...

about to do same things for fire pit/rocket stove incinerator, but using waste papper material the mold made from baird 'manila carton' (waste lunch box) reinforced with liquid waste styrofoam polyurethane thinner.. the material mostly 'pappercrete' in slury cement and will be coated with refractory cement.. to avoid strong sticked to the mold seem need 'releasing agent' such grease etc.. thanks for sharing ...🙏
